Return & Refund Policy

At Tayf Flowers, we take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and the freshness of our blooms. Because flowers are a perishable natural product, we have established the following policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Freshness Guarantee & Replacement

If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, please provide a clear photograph of the arrangement showing the issue.

  • Given the nature of live plants and flowers, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for concerns reported after the 24-hour window, as environmental factors (heat, sunlight, water levels) significantly impact the lifespan of the blooms once delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept physical returns of flowers. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or bespoke floral arrangements.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Gift cards.

  • Add-on items (such as chocolates or balloons) that have been opened or tampered with.

3. Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

  • Same-Day/Next-Day Orders: Once an order is processed or the arrangement has been designed by our florists, we are unable to cancel the order.

  • Holiday Periods: During high-volume holidays (such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect delivery address was provided, we will attempt to redirect the delivery; however, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If the recipient is not available, our couriers will follow the "leave with neighbor" or "safe place" instructions provided at checkout. We are not responsible for flowers that wilt or are damaged due to being left unattended for extended periods.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies. Alternatively, we can offer immediate store credit for future purchases.
